Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery for Non-Primary Users (on-site)

Alumni or external clients must first set-up a library account at a U of A Library service desk, before coming to the Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery department to register for our service.

When registering for our service, you must come in person to our office with your valid U of A Library card (Alumni ONEcard or External Borrower card) to set up your billing information.
