The University Libraries offer wireless internet access points for current University of Alberta student, faculty and staff use. If you have a laptop and wireless network card, you will have wireless access to: library catalogues and databases, course websites, e-mail and internet

  • Several Western Canadian post-secondary institutions have agreed to provide access to their wireless networks to visiting students, faculty and staff of cooperating institutions.

NOTE: Printing to ONECard printers via the wireless network is not currently supported. If you need to print something from your laptop hard drive, copy it to a flash drive and print from a library public computer.
