Women Writing and Reading:
May - August 2007 Monday to Friday - noon to 4:30 pm This exhibition presents a collection of texts that show the diverse and multiple forms of women's writing and reading, "past and present, global and local." Included are many forms of women's writing and reading from the present and the past, including: fiction, drama and poetry; conduct books, gift books, and housekeeping manuals; women's theological and religious texts; magazines; non-fiction writing in the areas of political theory, history, and science; children's books; travel literature, diaries and letters; and artists' books, graphic novels, and small press publications.
